PART 1 — TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. INTRODUCTION

Lokinter.com (“Lokinter”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a digital platform operated by Lokinter LLC, a company legally registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.

The Platform connects individuals who wish to send parcels (“Senders”) with individuals willing to transport them (“Travelers”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.


  1. LEGAL STATUS OF THE PLATFORM

Lokinter is a technology and coordination platform only.

Lokinter LLC:

Is not a courier, logistics, or shipping company
Does not take possession of parcels
Does not guarantee delivery, timing, or condition of items
Does not act as a financial institution

All delivery agreements are made directly between users.

Payments are processed through third-party providers, including Stripe.


  1. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

However, mandatory consumer protection laws in the user’s country of residence (including EU/GDPR in France and applicable GCC laws) may still apply where required.


  1. ELIGIBILITY & VERIFICATION

To use Lokinter, users must:

Be at least 18 years old
Complete identity verification via Shufti Pro
Verify email and WhatsApp number

Important:
Unverified users cannot access core features
Email addresses cannot be changed after registration


  1. PLATFORM ROLES

Users may act as:

Sender
Traveler

Users may switch roles at any time.


  1. PROHIBITED ITEMS

Users may not send or transport:

Illegal drugs or narcotics
Weapons or explosives
Counterfeit goods
Hazardous materials
Restricted or illegal items under applicable law

Lokinter may suspend accounts and report violations to authorities.


  1. PAYMENTS, FEES & FINANCIAL FLOW

7.1 SERVICE FEES:

Service fees apply only to the sender when choosing to pay the traveler through the platform using an online payment method.

No service fees are charged when both the sender and the traveler agree to use cash on delivery (COD).

Fee structure for online payments:

$2 flat fee (0–20 USD)
10% fee (20–150 USD)
8% fee (150+ USD)

7.2 PAYMENT PROCESSING
All payments are processed via Stripe
Lokinter does not store card details
Users may optionally save cards via Stripe Link

7.3 PAYMENT FLOW
Payment is authorized at agreement stage
Funds are captured when:
Traveler marks “ongoing”, OR
6 days pass after payment

Users may cancel before capture.

7.4 PAYMENT DEADLINE

If Sender does not complete payment within 24 hours, the deal is automatically canceled.

7.5 WITHDRAWALS

Users may withdraw funds via:

Stripe Connect
Wise Bank Transfer

Withdrawals may be subject to verification and compliance checks. Please note that any applicable fees charged during payout or withdrawal (such as Stripe processing fees) are imposed by the payment provider and are not collected by the platform.

7.6 SUBSCRIPTION FEES

Subscription fees for Travelers are:

Non-refundable
Subject to service availability


  1. SECURITY DEPOSIT (OPTIONAL)

If enabled:

A temporary authorization hold is placed on the Traveler’s payment method
Not charged unless dispute conditions apply
May be held up to 4 days before arrival

Use cases:
Loss
Damage
Verified breach of agreement

Compensation is limited to deposit amount.


  1. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION SYSTEM

Delivery is confirmed via:

Primary Method
QR code scan (proof of physical exchange)

Fallback Method
Manual confirmation by Sender in exceptional cases

Manual confirmation:

Is legally equivalent to QR confirmation
Triggers dispute window


  1. AUTOMATED COMPLETION

If no action occurs:

The transaction is automatically completed 48 hours after arrival date


  1. CHAT-BASED SYSTEM

All actions occur within the platform chat, including:

Accepting or rejecting deals
Payments
Cancellations
Delivery confirmation
Dispute actions

All actions:

Are time-stamped
Are legally binding
Form official transaction records

System messages may be generated automatically and are part of the official record.


  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1 DISPUTE WINDOW

A 6-hour dispute window for international deals and 1 hour for local deals, applies after delivery confirmation.

12.2 EVIDENCE

Accepted evidence includes:

Images
Videos
Chat history
Receipts (mandatory for Buy-for-Me service)

12.3 OUTCOMES

Successful Delivery
Traveler is paid
Deposit released

No Delivery / No Proof
Sender refunded
Deposit may be used for compensation

Lost Item
Full refund to Sender
Deposit may be captured

Fully Damaged Item
Full refund to Sender
Deposit may be captured

Partial Damage

Compensation based on severity:

25% / 50% / 75% / 100%

Traveler may still receive partial payment depending on case.

No Evidence from Sender
Traveler is paid
Deposit released


  1. BUY FOR ME & DELIVER

Traveler must:

Purchase agreed item
Provide receipt proof
Provide item condition proof

If:

Item differs without approval → Traveler is liable

All price or item changes must be confirmed in chat.


  1. FINAL DECISION AUTHORITY

Lokinter reserves the right to:

Interpret evidence
Apply rules
Make final dispute decisions


  1. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

Fraud
Abuse
False information
Policy violations
Suspicious activity


  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Lokinter is not liable for:

Loss or damage of items
Delivery failures
User behavior
Indirect or consequential damages

The Platform is provided “as is”.


  1. CHANGES TO TERMS

Lokinter may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

 

PART 2 — PRIVACY POLICY


  1. DATA WE COLLECT

We collect the following personal data directly from users:

Full name
Email address
Phone number (including WhatsApp verification)

This data is required to create and operate your account on the Platform.


  1. DATA COLLECTED BY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

Certain data is collected and processed directly by trusted third-party service providers on our behalf, including:

Identity verification data (ID documents, selfies, facial recognition data) processed by KYCAID
Payment and financial data (card details, billing information, transactions) processed by Stripe

Lokinter does not store full payment card details or identity documents on its own servers.

These providers process data under their own privacy and security standards.


  1. DATA USE

Provide and operate the Platform
Process transactions
Verify user identity
Prevent fraud and abuse


  1. DATA SHARING

We may share data with:

Payment providers
Verification providers
Legal authorities if required

We do not sell user data.


  1. DATA DELETION

Users may request deletion of their account and personal data by contacting:

support@lokinter.com


  1. DATA RETENTION

Data is retained only as long as necessary for:

Legal obligations
Security
Platform operation


  1. SECURITY

We implement:

Encryption
Secure infrastructure


  1. COOKIES

We currently use only essential cookies required for the operation of the Platform.
We do not use analytics or tracking cookies at this stage.
If this changes, we will implement a cookie consent mechanism in compliance with applicable laws.


  1. INTERNATIONAL USERS

Lokinter operates globally and complies with:

GDPR (including France)
Applicable GCC data protection laws
